Regular Maintenance Cleaning

We give you a thorough and professional cleaning service every time. Our minimum charge is £28. This package covers 2 hours of cleaning that include the labour, but the materials are supplied by the client. Although we have the minimum charge, our prices are based on the condition and size of properties.

  • ✔ Shower doors cleaned and disinfected;

  • ✔ Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and polished;
  • ✔ Floors hand washed and disinfected/carpets vacuumed;
  • ✔ Toilets cleaned and disinfected;
  • ✔ Cobwebs removed;
  • ✔ General dusting.

Bath Cleaning

Kitchen & Eating Area

  • ✔ Counter tops cleaned;
  • ✔ Outside of range hood cleaned;
  • ✔ Top and front of appliances cleaned;
  • ✔ Sinks cleaned, disinfected and chrome polished;
  • ✔ Limescale removed;
  • ✔ Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and polished;
  • ✔ Floors vacuumed and hand washed;
  • ✔ Cobwebs removed;
  • ✔ Microwave disinfected, and wiped out;
  • ✔ Clean both inside and outside refrigerator & freezer;
  • ✔ Clean and degrease inside of oven, polish outside parts;
  • ✔ Drip pans on stove wiped out.

Sleeping & Leaving Area

  • ✔ Cobwebs removed;
  • ✔ Doors and on top of doors wiped down;
  • ✔ Windows internally washed and sills and ledges dusted;
  • ✔ Clean plugs, sockets, light switches & fittings, lamp shades;
  • ✔ Skirting boards of all wooden furniture carefully wiped down;
  • ✔ General dusting, incl. clean behind and under furniture;
    ✔ Mirrors and pictures cleaned & polished;
  • ✔ All readily accessible floors vacuumed;
  • ✔ Wood floors swept and hand wiped;
  • ✔ Stairs vacuumed (if applicable).
