We’re here to put your mind at rest- as a cleaning business, our number one priority is always the safety of our customers, and that rings true now more than ever. Be they private or public spaces, we remain open and committed to keeping places clean; here are some of the ways we are taking precautions in order to combat COVID-19.

Products

CleaningService.London is committed to using the very best, industry-standard products on all spaces. The products we use are not simply designed to give the best clean for your house, but they are also antibacterial and often anti-microbial, meaning they kill bacteria and viruses alike. You can rest assured that your whole house will be sanitized with us!

Areas

We always give homes and businesses a thorough, deep clean, but that especially rings true now. We will be paying extra attention to high-touch areas such as handles and surfaces, ensuring to sanitize every inch of them in order to limit the spread of the virus.

Team

Our team is fully equipped with gloves and masks and will never enter a client’s space without them. Further, if any of our team show any symptoms or feel ill at all (even if they do not display COVID-19 symptoms), we will ensure that they stay home and rest and someone who is well will take their space. However, this only works in tandem with you, the customer- we trust that you will also alert us if anyone who has entered your space feels ill at all so that we can evaluate whether it is safe for us to come to clean the space or whether this will put us, and thus other customers, at risk of contraction.

What can you do?

If you’re worried about your house or business being unclean due to us not being able to visit you, be assured in knowing that we are more than happy to provide you with resources to teach you how to clean properly and effectively. You will not be charged for our services if it would be unsafe for us to come to you, as long as you alert us in advance, though this doesn’t mean your space has to go unclean! Be sure to reach out should you want to learn the correct sanitization methods to protect your space.
